History: Three of these 4-wheeled carriages were bought from the Southern Railway (originally London & SW Railway). Often operated as a close-coupled trio, but sometimes ran as a two coach set without No 16. No 15 had a guard's compartment. They were painted dark brown and lined in black with yellow lettering and were used on the last passenger train. |
